We are all navigating a time in history where these statistics are no surprise. But the prevalence of this stress pandemic doesn’t mean we need to resign ourselves to it.

Instead, we need to start equipping ourselves with the knowledge, tools and resilience to stay well, be happy (most of the time), reject the pressures of how we “should” be and feel able to live in a way that truly supports us.

So how did we get here?

We are living in a time where we are more distracted, under pressure and more overstimulated than ever.

We are living in a society that is still so entrenched in patriarchal capitalist ideals, double standards, glass ceilings, unequal pay, rising cost of living… (I could go on, but you catch my drift).

The concept of “slowing down” seems like an unrealistic pipedream.

We are lead to believe that we need to keep up with the unmeetable pace and if we can’t, then it’s US who need to toughen up and work “smarter”.

And let’s not forget that 2020 was not that long ago. However those 2 years looked for you, the collective and individual trauma we endured has reprogrammed how our nervous systems are functioning and perceiving the world.

Consistent stress has an insidious and eroding effect on our quality of life and sense of self. I have seen it with the courageous clients whom I’ve supported in rewriting this script. I have seen it with my loved ones, and have experienced it firsthand…

Working until I dropped, pushing myself harder to prove myself worthy, loveable, and successful. I felt trapped and lost, but the journey to reclaim my life lead me to this purposeful work and now to create The Resourced and Resilient Woman.

Drawing on the powerful evidence-based modalities of HeartMath (Heart-Brain-Nervous System Coherence), Somatic Healing Therapy, Embodied Life Coaching, EFT, Yoga Therapy and Polyvagal Theory, to empower women like you, with the knowledge, tools and awareness to:

So a little bit about your guide (me)…

I am a mum of two small humans and live by the sea in Kent. I am honest, deeply passionate and tell myself this is why I swear like an east London cab driver.

I get great joy from sand in between my toes, dancing to bassy house music, yoga and really good seafood.

I am an experienced trauma-informed Holistic Life Coach, Somatic Healing Therapist, HeartMath Coach, EFT Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, educator and speaker - with over a decade of experience under my belt.

I am committed to holding important, empowering and soulful spaces for women to explore who they are, learn how to support themselves masterfully, alchemise what held them back and resource themselves at every level.

I value honesty and integrity in my work. So I only share what I have explored within my own personal healing journey too. I will never stop learning, being curious and deepening my professional practice. Us humans are far too beautiful and interesting!

Your Questions Answered…

I want to make sure I will receive coaching from you, is this possible in a group programme?

The Resourced & Resilient Women includes unlimited group Voxer support from me, weekly 1:1 check-ins over voice note and weekly live workshops.

That said, to access more 1:1 support from me, you can choose the 1:1 or Gold package which both include 3 one to one 75 minute coaching & healing sessions with me. These 3 sessions are to be used within 3 months of the programme’s start date.

What if I miss a session and fall behind? 

Life happens! So all workshops are recorded and you have access to them for a year, as well as all the accompanying resources. If you do miss one, you can also bring your questions to me before the session and I’ll be sure to speak to them live in session. That said, this programme does require a commitment to yourself and a level of consistency for the 8 weeks, if you want to maintain the momentum, motivation and change taking place - so invest wisely in yourself.

I’m currently working with a therapist, will this be a problem?

The Resourced & Resilient Woman can be an incredible compliment other therapies you are currently moving through. You will gain practical tools and beneficial insight around how to support your nervous system, body, heart and mind. Plus, with the support of the heart sensor, you can see in real time how your body and heart are responding and relearning as a result of this work. Many of my clients combine talking therapy with coaching, but that said, if you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact me and we can speak in more depth.

How do I use the heart sensor during the programme?

Everyone who signs up to The Resourced & Resilient Woman will receive a heart sensor which I will guide you to use during the programme. You will use it daily to start to build data around your nervous system and resilience which I will help you to track each week and will feedback what the data is telling us so we can adapt your practice so you truly start to feel less stress and overwhelm.

How much time do I need to put into the programme? 

Around 90 minutes for the recorded modules, 5-15 minutes daily to practice heart-focussed practice and around 30 minutes each week to delve into the journaling within the workbooks.

Do you offer refunds?

I do not offer refunds, so please invest with consideration. I will sometimes consider transferring a space to a future programme - but this is considered on a case-to-case basis.

Is this programme affiliated with any organisations I need to know of? 

The HeartMath Institute’s 40 years of research and heart sensor technology underpins this programme. But, The Resourced & Resilient Woman is not connected to any school, guru, lineage or religion. It’s just me, Hannah, and I welcome people who identify as women from all walks of life, beliefs and backgrounds.
