Discover the transformative power of modalities such as Somatic Healing Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (aka. tapping), embodied movement, therapeutic yoga, breathwork, heart-brain coherence and meditation
Gather your own unique “toolkit for life” that you can draw upon when you need it most
So whether you are struggling with unhelpful levels of stress, challenging emotions, confidence and limiting beliefs, tending to the body and nervous system is a vital piece of the puzzle.
The body and nervous system hold our past, present and potential. But the beautiful thing? It is always learning and can rewrite if you support it in doing so.
Because we can’t avoid stress in this life, but we can change the way we take care of ourselves within it.
I will draw upon my 15+ years of experience working in trauma-informed somatic healing therapies, embodied coaching, yoga therapy & mental health, to help you feel more grounded, clear, supported and more awake to the beauty of life in and around you.
All you will need is:
Comfortable clothes that you can sit and gently move in
A curiosity and openness to explore the wisdom of the body
Optional: a journal and pen to jot down any insights that may arise
